Octav, a tier-two, rank-two combatant, requires a Fine quality weapon to bring down effectively. After defeating Octav, return to the bounty board to collect your 500 coins.

Further north, you’ll encounter Ralga, a powerful ogre residing in the northwest section of The Rise, near the Shrine of Woedica.
