How to Equip and Change Fortnite Moments

Within the Locker, you’ll find the “Moments” section right at the bottom, just above Lego Kits. Here, you can select the songs you want to play at specific moments. For the Intro Music, choose the tune that will play when you exit the Battle Bus and glide down to the island. For the Celebration Music, select the track that will play when you secure a Victory Royale.
Personal Selections, No Impact on Others
One important thing to note about Moments is that the songs you choose and play do not affect other players, even if they are spectating you. This means you won’t be able to troll your opponents with your music choices, but it does allow you to enjoy your favorite tunes without disturbing the gameplay of others. It’s a bit like selecting Lobby music, where your choices are purely personal and add to your individual gaming experience.

If you’re looking to increase your song selection for Moments, you have a few options. Songs are available individually in the Shop, in bundles, or as rewards through the battle pass and Festival Pass. The Festival Pass, in particular, is artist-specific and changes with each Festival season, providing a continuous stream of new and exciting music. This ensures that players always have fresh content to enjoy and add to their Moments.
Automatic Favorites and Easy Management
The good news for veteran players is that any songs you have previously favorited as Lobby music will be automatically added to your Moments favorites. This means you won’t need to manually add new songs to your list whenever they are unlocked, making the management of your music selections seamless and hassle-free.
