Exploring New Depths with Submarine Upgrades in Fisch
The latest update in Roblox Fisch has introduced a thrilling new underwater region known as Mariana’s Veil. To fully experience this new area, you’ll need to upgrade your Submarine with the Heat Upgrade. This essential upgrade will allow you to withstand the extreme temperatures and explore the depths of the Volcanic Vents, a zone filled with magma and unique challenges. In this guide, we’ll walk you through how to acquire the Heat Upgrade and what you’ll need to do to reach the next milestone in your submarine adventures.
Reaching the Volcanic Vents
To begin the journey, you need to navigate from the Roslit Ashfall area. The first step is to locate and enter the tunnel that leads down into the depths. Use your Submarine to descend slowly, being cautious of the structures and vines that can obstruct your path. Continue descending until you see the black ground and the distinct volcanic walls. Once you reach this point, surface and leave the driver’s seat. You can exit the Submarine from the sail to access the new area. Upon arrival, you’ll find an Innkeeper near a tent. Pay him C$35 to set your spawn point here, ensuring that you don’t have to make the long trip down again if you accidentally fall into the magma and die.
The Innkeeper and the Altar
The Innkeeper plays a crucial role in your exploration of the Volcanic Vents. Not only does he provide a safe spawn point, but he also directs you to the Altar, where you can collect the necessary materials for the Heat Upgrade. The Altar is a significant landmark, requiring you to find four specific resources: Lava Crystal, Inferno Hide, Blisterback Blenny, and Infernal Iguanafish. These materials will grant you the Heat upgrade for your Submarine and the Dr. Glimmerfin suit, which will protect you from the scorching heat of the Volcanic Vents.
Collecting the Lava Crystal
The Lava Crystal is the easiest resource to obtain. You’ll find these bright, lava-colored crystals near the Altar. Use your Submarine’s Drill to extract the crystals. It may take a few attempts, but you’ll soon have the Lava Crystal in your inventory. This initial step sets you on the right track and prepares you for the more challenging tasks ahead.
Fishing for the Remaining Resources
The next phase involves fishing for the Infernal Iguanafish, Inferno Hide, and Blisterback Blenny. To fish in the magma, you need a special Exalted enchant on your fishing rod or one of the two special fishing rods capable of handling such conditions. Start by heading straight from the Altar and turning left to find a spot that resembles a fishing area. Use your Advanced or normal glider to fly over and ensure you’re in the correct location. Once you find the fishing spot, you can use any rod to start filling up your bestiary.
The Specifics of Fishing
The Infernal Iguanafish prefers windy nights and is attracted to Insect bait. Even with lower-tier fishing rods, catching this fish should be relatively straightforward. The Blisterback Blenny, on the other hand, favors clear summer days and responds well to Fish Head bait. This fish is classified as mythical, so it may take some patience and multiple attempts before it finds its way into your inventory. The Inferno Hide is the most challenging resource to collect, as it requires a bit of luck. Keep fishing diligently, and eventually, you’ll get it. Once you have all the required materials, return to the Altar near the Innkeeper and submit them to receive the Heat upgrade for your Submarine.
Diving Deeper with the Heat Upgrade
With the Heat Upgrade applied, your Submarine will transform completely, turning orange to signify its new capabilities. Now, you’re ready to dive deeper and explore the Challenger’s Deep, the next region in your underwater journey. This upgrade not only enhances your Submarine but also ensures your safety in the extreme heat of the Volcanic Vents, allowing you to continue your adventure without the fear of overheating. Embark on this new challenge and discover the wonders that await in the deeper, hotter regions of Mariana’s Veil.
