Prince’s Golf Club Welcomes New Talent
Prince’s Golf Club has made a significant announcement, adding Rebecca Earl and Robert Coles to their roster of Tour Professionals, alongside the already attached Jordan Loft. This move underscores the club’s commitment to supporting players at the highest level of the game, reinforcing its position as a premier golfing destination.
Rebecca Earl: Rising Star in Women’s Golf
Rebecca Earl, a standout talent and recent graduate of Wofford College, is returning to the UK with full LET Access Series status. Her academic achievements are as impressive as her golfing prowess; Rebecca majored in Psychology, Sociology, and Anthropology. Her collegiate career is marked by several records, including the best Southern Conference Championship finish (2nd place), the all-time career stroke average leader, and a tie for the most career wins at Wofford. One of the defining moments in her amateur career came in 2019 when she was named Southern Conference Freshman of the Year. Her professional journey began in earnest after a runner-up finish at the 2023 English Women’s Amateur Championship, leading her to turn professional and enter the Ladies European Tour Qualifying in December 2024. An 8th place finish in the pre-qualifier secured her a spot in the final stage, where, despite narrowly missing the cut, she earned full status for the 2025 LET Access Tour. Reflecting on her new role, Rebecca expressed her excitement, stating, “It feels incredibly special to be attached to an Open Championship venue. This is a historic and stunning course with incredible facilities to develop my game. I’m extremely excited to represent the club and grateful for the support Prince’s has provided.”
Robert Coles: A Veteran of the Game
Robert Coles, a seasoned professional who turned pro in 1994, brings a wealth of experience to the Prince’s team. With three Challenge Tour victories and 390 DP World Tour appearances, Robert has proven his mettle at the highest levels of the game. Since joining the Legends Tour in 2022, Robert secured his maiden title at Trump International Golf Links in August 2024, defeating Paul Lawrie by a single shot. His attachment to Prince’s is a testament to the club’s reputation and its commitment to fostering professional talent.
Jordan Loft: A Valued Member of the Team
Prince’s is also proud to continue its support for Jordan Loft, a rising talent competing on the Clutch Pro Tour and PGA South region events. Jordan, a PGA Teaching Professional at Prince’s, has already made a significant impact across various tours. He has competed in DP World Tour qualifying events and narrowly missed out in Final Qualifying for The Open last year. His continued attachment to the club highlights Prince’s commitment to nurturing elite talent and marks an exciting chapter as he continues his ascent through the professional ranks.
Prince’s General Manager Expresses Enthusiasm
Robert McGuirk, General Manager of Prince’s Golf Club, expressed his enthusiasm about the new attachments, saying, “We’re thrilled to welcome Rebecca and Robert to Prince’s, joining Jordan, who has been a valued part of our team for a number of years. Supporting professional golfers is an important part of our vision, and we’re particularly excited to help Rebecca as an emerging talent in the women’s game. We hope her journey will inspire our junior golfers and members alike.” All three professionals will proudly represent Prince’s Golf Club at events throughout the season while also hosting specialist clinics for junior and women members, providing invaluable coaching and insights to help develop the next generation of talent.
Strengthening Ties with Callaway
As Callaway ambassadors, Rebecca, Robert, and Jordan’s involvement strengthens Prince’s collaboration with Callaway as their high-performance partners. This partnership is a significant step forward, further solidifying Prince’s Golf Club’s legacy as a Championship venue with strong ties to the professional game. The club’s investment in these talented individuals not only enhances its reputation but also ensures that the next generation of golfers will have access to top-tier coaching and resources.
Looking Forward to a Bright Future
The addition of Rebecca Earl and Robert Coles to the Prince’s team, alongside the continued support for Jordan Loft, marks an exciting chapter for the club. Their presence will not only elevate the club’s status on the international stage but also inspire and mentor the next wave of golfing talent. Prince’s Golf Club is committed to maintaining its legacy as a premier golfing destination and continues to be a driving force in the development of professional golfers.
