A Unique Transformation: The Apple TV Sleeve Patch
In celebration of the league’s 30th season, the Apple TV sleeve patch on the left sleeve of game-worn kits will undergo a significant transformation. For the first time, Apple has created custom designs for each club, moving from a single solid color to a distinctive patch that reflects the individual identity of all 30 clubs. These patches draw inspiration from each club’s distinctive crest, color palette, and visual identity. Along with the MLS crest, the refreshed Apple TV patches will be displayed across all 30 clubs throughout the 2025 season, further emphasizing the unique design of each team’s jersey.
Community Engagement and Fan Experiences
In anticipation of the jersey unveilings, which will span from Feb. 12-14, MLS clubs are bringing the excitement directly to their communities with a series of musical performances, local events, and interactive fan experiences. Each event is tailored to capture the essence of the club’s unique history and community. For example, Atlanta United will unveil its 2025 Club Kit on Feb. 14 and celebrate with an annual Block Party on Feb. 15 at Historic Fourth Ward Skatepark. The event will feature a festival-style outdoor celebration with food, giveaways, and live music. Fans will also have the chance to meet players and attend exclusive screenings of original documentaries.
Special Events Across the League
Other clubs are also planning unique and engaging events. Charlotte FC will host a season preview event at Bank of America Stadium on Feb. 12, featuring a jersey launch video, a DJ, and a pyro show. Chicago Fire FC is joining forces with Saturdays Football in Wicker Park for a community day on Feb. 15, offering refreshments, DJ sets, and special appearances. FC Cincinnati will unveil its 2025 jersey on Feb. 12 at Cincinnati Music Hall, celebrating the club’s 10th anniversary with a multi-media event and a pop-up store. Nashville SC will host a special secondary jersey release event on Feb. 15, with live entertainment and an appearance by their mascot, Tempo the Coyote.
